Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup! After Whiskey Acres Distilling Co. empties their bourbon whiskey barrels we refill them with pure, grade-A, maple syrup that is harvested from the forests of central Wisconsin. We put the barrels away to age gracefully where the syrup will absorb all the delicious flavors from the barrel: vanilla, caramel, wood spice and best of all a hint of bourbon whiskey.
